Each fitness session takes into account your current strength, mobility and fitness, and aims to develop this in a way which is in line with your goals.
Training with an Exercise Physiologist also means you can claim rebates from your private health insurance extras (please check your cover with your health fund*), bringing the costs down below that of personal training while giving you higher levels of expertise.
