As one of our senior physiotherapists, Ashleigh has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, spinal pain and scoliosis.
In addition to her provision of clinical care, Ashleigh also delivers strength and conditioning programs to improve biomechanics for injury prevention and management and performance enhancement in sport.
Ashleigh is passionate about creating long-term outcomes for patients to improve their quality of life and achieve goal their goals.
Ashleigh has six years’ experience working within the health and fitness industry in the areas of business management, fitness training including strength and conditioning, and in the last few years as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting.
In 2015, Ashleigh also spent time abroad in Stockholm, Sweden conservatively treating scoliosis at Karolinska University Hospital.
Ashleigh is the first author of articles researching the assessment and conservative management of Scoliosis published in the European Spine Journal (2015) and World Journal of Orthopaedics (2016).
