Jaclyn is a passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist and enjoys applying her skills in exercise prescription and injury management to empower people to live their best lives.  


With extensive experience in private practice, Jaclyn takes a unique and thorough approach to her patient care and has developed a strong passion for working with a variety of populations including recreational athletes, runners, adolescence & NDIS participants. Jaclyn recognises that load management and strength training are very important when participating in any form of physical activity.


Jaclyn is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia and is knowledgeable in the management of many conditions as well as when educating her patients. Jaclyn takes a client centered approach to all of her cases and considers all aspects of their health before prescribing their exercise program.


In addition to her role as an Exercise Physiologist Jaclyn is currently completing her Masters in Human Nutrition and has significant training in Clinical Pilates. Jaclyn is also a keen distance runner which helps her to use her own personal experiences to relate to her patients.
