Katie brings skills and knowledge from a varied background together to help her clients meet their health and wellness goals.
Through her experience working with athletes including the Western Bulldogs AFL, AFLW and VFL teams, the Werribee Tigers VFL team, the Melbourne Rebels Rugby team and the VFL umpires Katie has developed excellent hands on skills. Whilst sport is a lifelong passion Katie also has an interest in treating people of all backgrounds.
She has worked in the disability industry and childrens services for the past twelve years and continues to support people with both physical and intellectual disabilities.
Katie will utilise a variety of manual therapy techniques including trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, myofascial cupping and deep tissue massage to tailor a treatment specifically for you. She will spend time getting to know you and what the best approach is to have you feeling amazing and moving well.
Katie is passionate about exercise and getting people moving pain free. She has found soft tissue therapy to be a crucial part of managing her own health and injuries for many years and is inspired to help others feel great in order to excel and live their best life.
