As our Managing Director, Matt is responsible for business oversight and development including leading high level strategic partnerships with referrers and other businesses to help ensure the best in musculoskeletal care for our community.


After graduating from La Trobe University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, Matt worked for seven years as a Physiotherapist in various roles including as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Practice Leader in private practice.


In 2012, Matt’s career took a turn towards the world of sales and marketing joining for Australian independent beverage company Made Group where he held roles including two years as State Sales Manager for Victoria.


For over a decade, Matt has suffered from and continues to manage his own musculoskeletal conditions.


It is Matt’s own experience as a patient of the Australian healthcare system that inspired him to develop a new innovative patient care model in Upwell. A new approach which is helping to change the way healthcare services are being delivered in Australia.
