Upwell Senior Physiotherapist Hannah Drysdale and Podiatrist & Running Coach Patrick O’Connell will take you through the importance of prehab, including core stability, rotational strength and proper warm up and recovery to ensure you run better, faster and safer for longer.
Discover the biomechanics of running with specialised 3D imaging technology, and learn specialised exercises to optimise your technique and rotational strength. You will also be guided through a quick and easy warm up to activate all of your key muscle groups for optimal functional movement.
