Initial consultations are 45 minutes or 60 miuntes [for complex casers] for physiotherapy, podiatry, and exercise physiology — significantly longer than the industry standard of 20-30 minutes. This gives us proper time to assess your condition, understand your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes, with options for 45 & 60 minute sessions where required. No rushing, just dedicated one-on-one care.
