Who are the physiotherapists at Upwell Health Collective in Camberwell?
Our Camberwell physiotherapists are Matthew Stanlake, Alana Murrihy, Roshi Saini, Jesse Cucinotta, Riley Lock and Isabel Thomas. Between them they cover chronic pain, sports injuries, clinical Pilates, TMJ and facial pain, running and pre and post natal care.
Who are the podiatrists at Upwell?
Our podiatrists are James Unkles, Team Leader of Podiatry and Senior Podiatrist, and Harry Katopodis, an endorsed podiatrist focused on sports podiatry and nail surgery. They look after custom orthotics, gait analysis, heel and foot pain, running injuries and diabetic foot care.
Who runs clinical Pilates at Upwell?
Clinical Pilates at Upwell is physiotherapist-led. It is run by our physios who are also certified Pilates practitioners: Alana Murrihy, Roshi Saini, Jesse Cucinotta, Riley Lock and Isabel Thomas. Sessions are small group and tailored to rehab, core strength, posture, pre and post natal recovery and return to running.
Who are the exercise physiologists at Upwell?
Our accredited exercise physiologists are Dimi Chrisoulis and Jake Obucina. They build science-backed movement programs for chronic conditions, injury recovery, strength and conditioning, and NDIS participants.
What allied health services does the Upwell team provide?
Under one roof you can see physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists and clinical Pilates practitioners, plus orthopaedic surgeon partners for specialist input. We also offer sports physiotherapy and are a registered NDIS provider, all coordinated in Camberwell.
Do the Upwell clinicians have special interests or areas of focus?
Yes. Interests span musculoskeletal pain and injuries, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, clinical Pilates, running, TMJ and facial pain, biomechanics, pre and post natal health and NDIS care. Do you see NDIS participants?
Yes. Upwell is a registered NDIS provider and we welcome NDIS participants across physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry and clinical Pilates. Our clinicians support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants with goal-focused, capacity-building care.
Our Camberwell clinic is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible facilities and 28 free on-site carparks, so getting to and through your appointment is easy. We coordinate care across disciplines under one roof and can liaise with your support coordinator or plan manager as needed.
Which suburbs does Upwell Health Collective serve?
We see clients from right across Melbourne's inner east, including Hawthorn East, Canterbury, Hawthorn, Surrey Hills, Ashburton, Balwyn, Glen Iris and Kew, all within about a 10 minute drive of our clinic. Can I request a specific practitioner when I book?
Yes. Request a specific practitioner when you book online or call the clinic, or you can use our patient matching AI system. If they are fully booked, our Client Experience Team can suggest someone with a similar focus.
Are the Upwell practitioners qualified and registered?

Are the orthopaedic surgeons based on-site at Upwell?
Upwell partners with orthopaedic surgeons Mr Justin Wong and Mr Dirk van Bavel of Melbourne Hip and Knee, giving clients a clear pathway to trusted surgical opinion and coordinated recovery. To discuss a referral or find the right starting point, get in touch.
